We offer two types of membership options

Individual or Facility


INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
The Individual membership entitles one user access to our care plan templates.
 
We offer one month memberships or monthly recurring memberships which are automatically billed until you cancel.

 

One Month Membership $10.00

Recurring Monthly Membership $10.00 per month until cancelled

 

FACILITY MEMBERSHIP

The Facility membership entitles multiple user to assess our care plan templates. This type of membership is designed for a nursing home that wants to improve its nursing care plans.


One Month Membership $30.00

Recurring Monthly Membership $30.00 per month until cancelled

 

By joining Comprehensive Nursing Care Plans you get just that, Comprehensive Care Plan templates designed by nursing professionals with a combined 60 years of practical experience. We also offer custom care plan templates to assist you in learning how to write effective care plans. If you can't find what you are looking for in our plan selection, email our staff and we will provide you with an example template.
